1) Manager (Naval Arch.)
Age Limit : 36 year as on 31.01.2013 No. of Post & Reservation : 01-UR
Qualification
B.E. / B. Tech. (Naval Architecture) from a recognized University / institute .
Experience with minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in the area of design/production/ quality control in the shipbuilding/ship design industry / medium / large shipbuilding yard. Out of the total of 7 years experience, 2 to 3 years experience in Design is preferable. Experience in technical interactions with Owners, Surveyors & Classification societies and knowledge on TRIBON, AUTO-CAD, ERP and ANSYS would be an added advantage.
Scale Pay Rs 24900-3%-50500 (E-3)

Qualification
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 02 years regular Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Graduate in any discipline with 02 years regular M.B.A. /P.G.D.M. in HR/General Administration.
Desirable Qualification: Certificate course in Crisis Management / Event Management / Logistic Management / Diploma in Fire Fighting from Fire Institute of Engineering.  
Other Requirements:  Candidates with working knowledge of Hindi, Regional Languages, Conversant with utility of ERP – Admin. Modules and exposure of working in IT enabled environment will be preferred.  
Experience
Work Experience Essential: 10years of Post qualification experience is essential for the post of Senior Manager. The incumbent should possess relevant experience in managing Administration functions specifically Security, Housekeeping, Administration, Fire Fighting, Risk / Disaster Management, Transport / Logistics Administration etc.   Ex. Defence personnel having worked as Major or higher rank in Indian Army or equivalent rank in Air force or Navy and possessing similar experience may also apply.
Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for House Keeping, Company’s Guest House, Residential Colony, Company’s Transport Section and related administrative matters. He will be responsible for organizing fire fighting system and for training in maintenance of firefighting equipment and fire prevention. He will be responsible for liaison with CISF for effective security in the Company. This requires experience in modern security systems of an industrial establishment. He will be required to maintain close co-ordination with State Govt., Police authorities and related agencies.

Qualification
Candidates to possess any recognized engineering degree* (B.E / B.Tech) preferably mechanical / electrical stream or A recognized degree** in physics or chemistry or A recognized diploma*** preferably from mechanical / electrical stream of engineering or technology, with post qualification experience of working in a reputed private/multinational/PSU involved in advising and assisting the management in fulfilling of its Obligations, Statutory or otherwise, concerning accident prevention and maintaining safe working environment.

Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI) OR Regional Labour Institute (RLI) OR any other institute recognized by the State is pre-requisite and essential qualification.

Candidates having experience in Organizations as Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 with knowledge of Konkani and or Marathi will be preferred.

Experience
Minimum period of post qualification experience for Sr. Mgr post is 10yrs* / 13yrs** / 13yrs*** and for Mgr Post is 7yrs* / 10yrs** / 10yrs***.

Qualification The incumbent should be Graduate in any discipline with 02 years full time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Graduate with 02 years full time M.B.A. /P.G.D.M. in HR from a recognized University/Institution. Degree in law will be preferred.
Experience
Candidate should have at least 16 years post qualification experience for AGM.  The incumbent applying for the post of Addl. General Manager must be working at fairly senior position in Personnel & Administration Department and dealing with personnel functions such as Recruitment, Establishment Matters, Wage & Salary Administration, Welfare, Industrial Relations, (including Arbitration, Conciliation, Court Cases, Disciplinary matters), Policy Formulation, Performance Management System in Public Sector Enterprise or Large Private Sector Enterprise.  Incumbent should possess good communication skills, leadership qualities and knowledge of working in ERP based environment.
